Vodka

Norseman Vodka starts with fermentation of the finest local grains, malted less than 40 miles from our distillery. Each small batch is handcrafted from beginning to end with only 6% making the cut for high enough quality to make the Norseman Grade.

barrel aged Rum

Distilled from 100% Organic Panela, our process mimics that which has been used for hundreds of years. Adding a modern twist of resting on a used bourbon barrel gives this old favorite a new twist. Not overly sweet and smooth as silk with a warm finish. This rum sets a new standard for small batch quality.

HARVEST Whiskey

Using a Norseman Vodka as a semi-sweet base spirit we vapor infuse 100% organic botanicals including Juniper, coriander, Vanilla, and Citrus to create this heirloom quality gin full of fresh, clean flavors.

olympia LIQUEUR

Finding inspiration in chartreuse we've constructed this very delightful mountain sage liqueur. In classics such as the Last Word and Bijou it finds a great home. You'll find notes of peppermint, chervil, sage and anise.

Strawberry Rhubarb Gin

A MN First! Made from Minneapolis-grown rhubarb with a tough of strawberry sweetness. Light juniper notes complement the rhubarb in surprisingly complex ways that are balanced by the subtle sweetness of strawberry.

Coffee LIQUEUR

Both coffee grounds and the use of cold brew give this liqueur a wonderful roundness. Built with our blue label rum, we find even more body and beautiful flavor in classics like the White Russian.

Aquavit

Our Aquavit was built on a botanical profile of true Swedish design. Notes of caraway, fennel and star anise hit the foreground while congeners fill out the background and give it body.

orange liqueur

This delightful Orange Liqueur is a testament to beautiful flavor. A maceration of finely selected orange zest, it goes well in any classic cocktail like the Sidecar, Margarita, Hoover and Deshler.

Apricot Liqueur

This liqueur is a lovely maceration of fine Turkish apricots. It goes perfectly in the Nacional cocktail or also plays well in Manhattan style cocktail variations.

Agave AMERICANA

A unique creation, fermented with 100% Organic Blue Agave, the spirit is aged in fresh bourbon barrels for a completely unexpected experience.
