GIN

While this spirit may have a terribly misunderstood personality and a foul place in one’s memory—think sharp pine trees poured fast from the bottle, immediately smothered in tonic or soda and guzzled quickly, the Norseman Gin is perhaps the greatest spirit in our repertoire, and it is nothing like cleaning solution or a farm full of Christmas trees. It is a beautifully constructed masterpiece, filled with bright botanicals: lemon peel, orange peel, lime, vanilla beans, coriander, fresh almonds, and a perfectly moderated amount of juniper essence.  Every step of the distilling process is deliberate, starting with fresh, organic herbs and citrus and finishing with an heirloom quality gin that is clean, invigorating, and delicious to boot. Enjoy it any way you please, we certainly do.
