Barrel-Aged Rum

The storied traditions of rum are not lost on us here at Norseman, and we’ve created one for the books with our Barrel-Aged Rum! Distilled and fermented with unrefined cane sugar, we’ve followed a long ancestry of rum-makers who have been using the same process for hundreds of years. We take the sugar cane distillate and age it in used bourbon barrels, giving it a head above other conventional gold or amber rums. Setting a new standard for small batch quality, this rum is vanilla smooth, silken caramel, and warm oak all bottled up and ready to party. Or maybe a night at home with a good book.

HOOVER 25ml Norseman Orange Liqueur 25ml Sweet Vermouth 50ml Norseman Rum Stir on ice, decant into a stemless wine glass and garnish with an orange coin

DAIQUIRI 15ml Rich Simple Syrup* 30ml Fresh Lime Juice 30ml Norseman Rum 40ml Norseman White Rum Shake and strain into fancy glass. Garnish with an ice cube. *Rich Simple Syrup: simmer two parts sugar to one part water until clear. Be careful not to simmer too long or it will crystallize.

15ml Rich Simple Syrup*
30ml Fresh Lime Juice
30ml Norseman Rum
40ml Norseman White Rum

Shake and strain into fancy glass. Garnish with an ice cube.

*Rich Simple Syrup: simmer two parts sugar to one part water until clear. Be careful not to simmer too long or it will crystallize.

XYZ 4ml Rich Simple Syrup* 25ml Norseman Orange Liqueur 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice 50ml Norseman Rum Shake and strain into glass. Float an ice cube on top.
